Statement Courses of Action

In the following question a statement is given followed by three statements numbered as I, II and III. You have to read all three statements and decide which of them strengthens or weakens the statement.
Statement: Among the governments, there is a strong policy emphasis on improving living conditions in urban areas as more and more people are looking to migrate to semi-urban or rural areas. People are willing to compromise on their standard of living in order to live in a healthier/pollution free environment.
(I) Cities are economically vibrant spaces around the world and drawing a large number of rural migrants looking for better prospects. This is a sustained trend, particularly in developing countries now a day.
(II) A fresh look at urban governance is necessary as migration from rural areas picks up pace.
(III) The rate of migration has shown a consecutive decline in the last three Censuses. It was possible that this slow-down signalled the worsening conditions in urban slums, where most of the rural immigrants were concentrated.

Statement : A large number of people die every year due to drinking polluted water during summer.
Courses of Action:
I. The Government should make adequate arrangements to provide safe drinking water to all its citizens.
II. The People should be educated about the dangers of drinking polluted water.

Statement: Many people in city Y are suffering from flu.
Action:
I. The Municipal Corporation should take immediate steps to control the disease.
II. People in the city should be advised to take certain measures from their end to prevent the disease.

Statement: A severe drought is reported in many states of the country.
Courses of action:
I. The government should immediately provide financial assistance to the people of the affected states.
II. The government should immediately send food, water, and fodder to the affected states to save people and livestock.

Statement: Increasing levels of air pollution is creating health hazards for people living in the cities.
Courses of action :
I. All industries should be shifted immediately to the outskirts of the cities.
II. Transport authorities should immediately ban all the vehicles running on petrol.
