Dr. Rajendra Prasad has said about the Constitution that “There is no provision in the Constitution which lays down in so many words that the President will be bound to act according to the advice of his Council of Ministers. ,

1. Part 20 of the Indian Constitution deals with the amendment process of the Constitution.
