1. The Godwar region is a part of the western sandy plain of Rajasthan. This state is located in the southwestern part of Rajasthan and extends from the western part of the Aravalli mountain range to the border of Pakistan. Godwad region mainly consists of sandy plains, desert and hilly areas.

2. Western Sandy Plains: The Western Sandy Plains is divided into two units.

- Ghaggar plain

The first cement factory in Rajasthan was established in Lakheri (Bundi). This factory was established in 1915 by the Associated Cement Company Limited (ACC). It is the longest-running cement factory in Asia. In 2022, ACC became part of the Adani Group.
