NABARD Recruitment 2022 Notification: National Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development is hiring eligible aspirants for filling up 177 Vacancies for Development Assistant/Development Assistant (Hindi) in Group 'B' posts. However, NABARD has released the short notice for the NABARD Recruitment 2022 Notification in the employment newspaper. 

NABARD will start accepting online applications from candidates having the necessary qualification for NABARD Development Assistant from 15th September 2022 onwards. Candidates can apply online till 10th October 2022.

NABARD Recruitment Eligibility

Educational Qualifications -

• NABARD Development Assistant– Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS.
• NABARD Development Assistant (Hindi)- Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in Hindi/English medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Age Limit (as on 01-09-2022) -

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules

Salary -

Rs.13150-750(3) - 15400 – 900(4) – 19000 - 1200 (6) – 26200 – 1300 (2) – 28800 – 1480 (3) – 33240 – 1750 (1) – 34990 (20 years)

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be done based on Written Test & Interview.

NABARD Development Assistant Exam Pattern

Prelims -

• Phase-I Online test will be an Objective type (comprising Multiple Choice Questions).
• The question paper will be available in both language Hindi & English.
• Each question will carry a 01 mark.
• For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the mark assigned to that question.
• Unanswered questions will not be rewarded any marks.

Mains -

• Descriptive Test of English Language will comprise of 50 Marks with a time duration of 30 minutes.
• Each question will carry a 01 mark.
• There will be a negative marking of 1/4 mark in the main examination.
• The time duration for the objective test is 90 minutes.

Application Fee

• For General/OBC/ EWS: Rs.450/- 
• For SC/ST/PWD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen: Rs.50/-
