NVS Vacancy 2019 - Eligibility

NVS has released online application forms on its official website for the direct recruitment process to the posts of Assistant Commissioner, PGTs, TGTs, Miscellaneous Category of Teachers (Librarian, Art, Music, PET), Catering Assistant, Female Staff Nurse, Legal Assistant, and Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in JNVs, headquarters and regional offices of NVS.

NVS LDC Recruitment 2019 - Important Dates

How to Apply:

• At the very first step, candidates are required to visit the website of NVS i.e. navodaya.gov.in.
• Visit the ‘Menu’ and click on ‘Fill up Online Application’ in the ‘Recruitment’ option.
• Now, click on the ‘download link’ available adjacent to the recruitment notice.
• Click on the link and agree to the terms & conditions and proceed further.
• Click on ‘Start’ if you are a new user else continue with ‘LogIn’.
• Fill up your personal and contact details, after which a login id and password will be sent on your registered email-id.
• Now, login with the provided registration credentials and fill up further details.
• Upload your scanned image and signature in prescribed size & format.
• Proceed to complete the payment process.
• You need to re-login to the portal and click on ‘Make the Payment’ link which will be activated after 24 hrs. of the submission of the application form.
• The State Bank Collect Portal will be opened, you need to check and confirm your details mentioned there and click on ‘submit’ button.
• Select the online payment mode from any of the debit/credit card/ net banking option.
• Keep the copy of the fee receipt as a token of remittance for future reference.

Application Fee:

• ST/ SC and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates are exempted from the fee payment, they will not have to pay the application fee amount.
• However, the remaining candidates will have to pay the application fee amount as mentioned below- 

Selection Process:

• For Assistant Commissioner, PGT, TGT and Miscellaneous Teachers- Written Exam (CBT) and Personal Interview.
• For Female Staff Nurse, Legal Assistant and Catering Assistant- Written Examination/ CBT.
• For LDC- Written Examination/ CBT and Skill Test
