Recently, the State Bank of India (SBI) has released the bumper recruitment for Circle Based Officer (CBO) post in 6 states on 08 December 2021. According to the latest SBI Notification 2021 issued by SBI, a total of 1226 posts will be fulfilled. Out of the vacant posts, there are 1100 regular vacancies and 126 backlog vacancies. The selection of the candidates will be done based on an online written exam, screening, and interview.

SBI Circle Based Officer Recruitment 2021 - 1226 Vacancies

Interested candidates can join the largest government bank from the only application. However, the bank has completed this year's recruitment through CBO recruitment after SBI PO Recruitment 2021 and SBI SCO Recruitment 2021.

Vacancy Detail & Eligibility Criteria for SBI CBO:

Eligible candidates who wish to join SBI Bank as an officer, complete the vacancy details and eligibility criteria for the SBI CBO post before applying. Which are as follows -

Academic Qualification -

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Experience -

Minimum 2 years experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank.

Local Language :-

The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State should be proficient (reading, writing, and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State (mentioned against each State). The local language test is a part of the selection process.

Age Limit (as of 01.12.2021) -

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years

Pay Scale -

Selected candidates Rs 36,000 to 63840 Will be received as a monthly salary. Officials will also be eligible for DA, HRA, Lease Rental, CCA, Medical, and other allowances as per the rules.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the following basis -

• Online written exam
• Screening and Interview

Written Exam Pattern -

Online written tests will consist of Objective Tests for 120 marks and Descriptive Tests for 50 marks.

(i) Objective Test: The duration of the objective test is 2 hours and it consists of 4 Sections of a total of 120 marks. There will be separate timing for every section.

• There will be no penalty for wrong answers marked in Objective Tests.
• Sectional Marks will not be maintained for Online Written Examination

(ii) Descriptive Test: The duration of the Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. It will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) with two questions for a total of 50 marks.
