Hello Candidates,

West Bengal Central School Service Commission (WBSSC) is going to conduct 1st State Level Teachers’ Selection Test (AT) - 2020 for Recruitment of Assistant Teachers Upper Primary Level of Schools, Classes IX-X and Classes -XI-XII Santhali Medium Schools .

• A total of 465 vacancies are available at the level of sponsored Junior High, Secondary and Higher Secondary in the Santhali Medium Non-Government School excluding Hill Region.
• Selection for WBSSC Teacher will be done on the basis of Preliminary examination and Mains examination. The dates for these exams will be announced later.

Selection Process:

The selection process is as follows:

• Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)
• Preliminary Examination (PT)
• Mains Exam

TET / PT Exam Pattern -

• Upper Primary - TET of 150 marks MCQ
• (IX-X), (XI-XII) and Group-4/5 (Physical Education / Work Education) - PT of 150 marks MCQ

Mains Exam Pattern -

• English Composition and Comprehension / Language through Instruction - 100 marks paper for each group (50 marks for English Composition and 50 marks for Comprehension / Language).
• Knowledge of the subject / group in which the candidate is appearing (Separate paper for each group of service) - 100 marks for each group.
