57 per cent of the total 62 lakh Job Card holders under MANAREGA having bank accounts will stand to benefit from it. This system will ensure the timely

payment of wages under MANAREGA, which is the biggest challenge faced by this unique scheme meant for ensuring rural livelihood. Under e-FMS, the wage

paying authority at the Gram Panchayat and Block level and the Line Department will generate Fund Transfer Order (FTO) out of e-Muster Roll and

electronically pass the FTO through different servers to land finally on the accounts of the beneficiaries located in different banks.
