Exams in India have always been a medium of education. From the beginning, we all have passed many exams. In other words, we can also say the exams act as a critical link in any kind of education system. If we talk about the competitive exams of India, some entrance exams in India are tough to a great extent, counted as the toughest exam in India because the level of competition here is very high. 

After applying, the candidate has to go through many phases to crack the entrance exam; candidates clear the written and physical exam, but they often fail in the interview or during the document verification process. Moreover, we can also observe the increasing passion among Indian candidates for government jobs, year by year. Competitive exams are also becoming challenging due to changes in exam patterns and syllabus.

UPSC Civil Services Exam:

UPSC exam is one of the most difficult exams in India today. It is an independent organization by which government officers or civil servants of Group-A and B are selected for central and state administration. Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Indian Revenue Service (IRS) examination is the central government examination of the Union Public Service Commission, and the commission also organizes some popular competitive examinations, in which lakes of candidates appear every year. are follows -

  • Indian Forest Service Examination (IFS)
  • Combined Defense Services Examination (CDSE)
  • Engineering Services Examination (ESE)
  • National Defense Academy Examination (NDA)
  • Naval Academy Examination (NDE)

The above civil service examinations are conducted in three levels. The first stage is the Preliminary exam (prelims), the second stage is the Mains exam, and the third stage is the interview. Many people participate in UPSC, but only 0.1 to 0.4% of those candidates can crack the UPSC exam successfully.

SSC Exam:

SSC is the massive recruitment conducting examination board in India. A government board selects skilled employees for Group-B and Group-C vacancies in government ministries, organizations, and other departments under the Central. To get recruitment for various posts (Assistant Audit Officer, Income Tax Inspector, Assistant Section Officer, Accountants, Court Clerks, Sub Inspectors, Constables, Junior Engineers, Stenographers, Translators, etc.) every year 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Diploma pass lacs of candidates from across the country take part in the prestigious competitive exams like SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC GD, SSC JE, SSC MTS. But generally, students need to focus more on General Awareness, Quantity Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Comprehension subjects as per the Exam Syllabus to crack SSC Exams.  

Railway Exam:

Doing a government job in railways is considered respectful, so 70% of youth choose railway jobs for their golden future. RRB is a government organization, which manages to recruit new employees to work in the Indian Railways. At present, a total of 21 Railway Recruitment Boards are functional across India. Every year the Railway Recruitment Board is examining to recruits candidates for various posts under RRB Assistant Lotto Pilot, RRB Junior Engineer, RRB Group-D, RRB NTPC, and RRB RPF (Technical and Non-Technical Categories). Also, the Railway exam is not too difficult as it consists of only one Computer Based Test (CBT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

IBPS Bank:

IBPS is a better option for graduate pass candidates dreaming of a job in a government bank. IBPS is a platform providing job opportunities in the banking sector for many years to the SO, PO, and Clerk posts in various government banks located in every state. IBPS recruits the State Bank of India, Canara Bank, Baroda Bank, Bank of India, Allahabad Bank, Central Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Punjab National Bank, UCO Bank, Union Bank of India, Vijaya Bank, etc. Besides this, IBPS conducts four exams (IBPS SO, IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, IBPS RRB) within a year, whose duration is between three to four months.

Rajasthan Exams:

RSSB recruitment exam is the first choice for candidates seeking jobs in Rajasthan. A few years back, RSSB was known as RSMSSB. Still, now Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) has been renamed Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) by the Rajasthan Government under a new notification. Let us tell you that the RSSB board organizes various examinations at both the village and urban levels in the state. The work of RSSB is to schedule every year in the state in the Agriculture Department, Medical Department, Education Department, etc. posts under Group' C' and Group' D' like Rajasthan Patwari, LDC / Junior Assistant, VDO, Gram Sevak, Stenographer, Agriculture Supervisor, Librarian, Lab Assistant, Physical Training Instructor PTIE (Grade III, Junior Instructor, Tax Assistant), etc.

REET Exam:

Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Examination is conducted to select 3rd-grade teachers in Rajasthan, organized by the Secondary Education Board Rajasthan, Ajmer. The REET exam is one of the most popular entrance exams in Rajasthan, and millions of candidates participate in the REET examination every year for their best career choice. Generally, it is organized on two levels (for first-class 1 to 5 and teachers from second-class 6 to 8). Additionally, each candidate must get a minimum of 60% marks in the written examination and interview to the REET examination. Recently, to fill 32,000 vacancies, the REET Exam 2021 was held on September 26, which included 25 lakh candidates in both shifts.

GATE Exam:

GATE is a National Level Examination, through which students receive entry into the prestigious college for Master's Degree (MTech. And Ph.D.). GATE is counted in the country's most difficult exam. The type of 12th students is examined in IIT and JEE, in the same way as the GATE examination for graduation pass in engineering, technology, architecture, and science. GATE is a computer-based test (online) organized by prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Science (IIT) Roorkee, IIT Delhi, IIT Mumbai, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Guwahati. A total of 65 questions are asked for 100 marks under the online examination. It is divided into two parts, including MCQs questions related to General Aptitude, Engineering Math, and Core Engineering subjects.

NDA Exam:

National Defense Academy is the world's first triangular academy. NDA exam is conducted by UPSC 2 times every year. Passing NDA Entrance Examination for all those 12ths pass Indian candidates is a first step, which dreams of joining the military force at the national level. After qualifying for this exam, the candidates have to be eligible for the SSB interview. The candidate who passes these two halves then NDA gets enrolled in them. Qualified candidates are selected for the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Air Force training to deal with every situation.

AIIMS Entrance Exams:

AIIMS is one of India's most prestigious medical entrance exams. The main objective of AIIMS is to provide high education to the students who step into Medical and all the citizens of the middle class have to take proper treatment for less money. There are almost 16 AIIMS in India, and an additional 8 AIIMS are running.

Common-Law Admission Test:

CLAT is a National Level Entrance Examination conducted by the National Law Universities (NLU), organized to do a law-related course to graduate and postgraduate passed candidates. This exam is carried at two levels. First - CLAT UG, Graduation Level course (such as BA, LLB), which may include 12th pass student from any stream, and Second - CLAT PG, Post-Graduation Level Course (such as MA, LLB), may consist of graduate students from any stream.
