Selection Process
The selection process varies according to the posts:
For Security Officer -
- Selection will be done on the basis of INTERVIEW only and candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 3 to 5 times the number of vacancies as per the decision of the bank.
- The minimum passing marks in the interview will be 40% of the total 100 marks (35% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
- Based on the marks of the interview, the Merit/Final selection list will be prepared.
For Engineer, Economist, Statistician, IT Officer and Chartered Accountant/CFA -
- Candidates are required to appear for the Online Examination to be conducted through IBPS. Shortlisted candidates will be called for then Interview.
