IBPS PO Notification 2021 - CRP PO/MT-XI Recruitment : Apply Now!!

With the last recruitment of this year to be filled by IBPS, recently the Indian Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) has announced the recruitment notification for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainee (PO/MT) in Public Sector Banks under Common Recruitment Process (CRP – XI). By which a total of 4135 vacancies will fill. So, this is good news for the eligible candidates who have been waiting for IBPS PO Notification 2021 for a long time.

IBPS RRB Recruitment 2021 – PO Detailed Information

This time, a total of 11 banks have been notified as participating in IBPS PO Recruitment, but last year only four were included. Also, 618 more vacancies have been added this year as compared to the previous recruitment. The online examination for IBPS Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT-XI) recruitment will conduct in three phases, Online Preliminary, Online Main Examination, and Interview.

Required eligibility criteria for Bank PO

There are specific eligibility criteria for IBPS PO Recruitment Exam 2021-22 – Educational qualification, age limit, selection process, etc., of the eligible candidate, must ensure before applying. which are as follows-

Educational Qualification -

The candidate should possess a graduate degree in any discipline or equivalent from any recognized institute.

Age Limit -

• Maximum Age: 20 Years 
• Minimum Age: 30 Years

That is, a candidate should not have been born before 02.10.1991 nor after 01.10.2001.

Age Relaxation -

• Age relaxation of 5 years for SC / ST category.
• Age relaxation for OBC category by three years.
• Age relaxation for PwDs by ten years.
• Age relaxation of 5 years for Ex-servicemen.
• 5-year exemption for persons affected by the 1984 riots.

Selection Process:

Selection of candidates for IBPS PO CRP 2021 will make on the following basis:

• Online Preliminary Exam
• Online Main Exam
• Interview

The structure of the exam conducted online is as follows-

Preliminary Exam -

• The candidates have to pass each of the three tests by securing the minimum cut-off marks decided by IBPS.
• Many candidates will shortlist for the Mains online examination in each category decided by IBPS based on the requirements.

Mains Exam -

• Every candidate will be required to score minimum qualifying marks in each test of the Online Main Examination.
• The cut-off will be decided based on the number of vacancies available, and the candidates will be shortlisted for the interview.
• Before completing the interview process, Bank will not share Mains exam marks with the candidates selected for the interview.

Interview -

• The candidates who will be shortlisted in the CRP-PO/MT-X Mains Exam will be called for the Interview later by the participating organizations. Interviews will be conducted at selected centers.
• The interview time and venue will be notified to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter, downloaded from the IBPS website.
• The total mark allotted for the Interview is 100. 
• The Interview will not have minimum qualifying marks of less than 40% (35% for SC / ST / OBC / PWBD candidates).
